If a delivered article does not match your brief and one round of changes does not fix it, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will rewrite it or refund you in full.
Reservations that have not been paid can be cancelled at any time at no cost. Plan payments are not refunded for a month that has started, but unused articles roll over for one month after you cancel.
