This policy explains what information ArticleReserve (“we”) collects and why. ArticleReserve is operated by Mass Density, Inc..
Information you give us
- Orders and reservations: name, email, website and order details, used to fulfil and support your order.
- Article and contest submissions: your article, name, email, bio and link. Your name, bio and link are published if your article is accepted; your email is never published.
- Newsletter: your email address and the form you used.
- Contact form: your name, email and message.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.
Information collected automatically
- Abuse protection: a one-way, salted hash of your IP address, kept for up to 24 hours. We do not store the IP address itself.
- Outbound link counts: when you click a directory link, we count the click. We do not record who clicked.
- Cookies: WordPress sets standard cookies if you sign in or leave a comment.
Third parties
- Videos: thumbnails load from YouTube. The player loads from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain only when you press play.
- Gravatar: author photos may load from Gravatar using a hash of the author’s email.
- AI features: if you use “Suggest topics with AI”, the niche and reader you type are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate ideas.
- Email service and affiliates: your email address may be shared with our email platform to send the newsletter; affiliate partners may set their own cookies when you click their links.
We do not sell your personal information.
