What we publish

- Clear, specific writing with sources linked for any facts or figures.
What we don’t publish
- Articles published anywhere else, including your own site.
- Unedited AI text. Using AI for research or a first draft is fine; the final article must be edited and stood behind by you.
- Pieces written mainly to place links.
Length and format
- 600 to 3,000 words for guest posts. Contests set their own limits.
- Use ## for headings and leave a blank line between paragraphs.
Your bio and link
Two or three sentences in the third person, plus one link to your site or profile. We publish it in the author box under your article. Links in bios are marked nofollow.
Editing and rights
We may edit for length, clarity and style, and will check with you before any substantial change. You keep copyright; you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to publish and promote the article.
After you submit
You get a confirmation email straight away and a decision within 14 days. If accepted, we email you the link when it goes live.
